Aldi is a grocery store that started in Germany and features grocery food items that are discounted. Aldi sells grocery items that are made in the country where they are located and then rebranded using Aldi’s name brands. This way they can sell the items at a lower price. Aldi’s for years was known as a maze-like grocery store. Shoppers would enter on one end and exit after getting all the way through the maze of aisles. These days Aldi’s stores are more up-to-date and allow shoppers the freedom to roam the store as they see fit. Aldi also was known as a lower-end shopping experience but these days after going into business with Trader Joe’s opinions have changed.
